Our Level System- As you explore our price list you will see that each service is a starting price. Each stylist is on a different level, and that determines our price per service. Our levels are based on the demand of time inside the salon, not experience. A level 1 or 2 stylist may be newer to our company and still reaching to move to the level they want to live in. Our team has a set of performance goals and targets. When they meet all of their goals for 3 consecutive months they earn a promotion to the next level. This allows us to offer a solid career path to our team, as well as a way to always be learning and bettering our best.

Hair Color
Our color management system helps us to track and adequately measure supply usage for each unique individual. All chemical services will have a seperate supply cost, measured to the penny for you.
