Psychologists have proven that it takes a minimum of 21 days to form a habit. Some will even say it takes at least 66 days. In my previous blog I talked about the Power of Focus and the activities it had me to do.... List bad habits, define my strengths, and to set 101 goals. What I realized was that a lot of my goals were to kick my bad habits.
The secret is to change the way you think! Saying I will make my bed every morning because it will start my day with discipline and organization.
Like I said before I am on a journey to better myself and I am sharing this with you all in the hopes that I can help others along the way.
Here is the plan... every 21 days I will choose a new habit or goal to work on. You may or may not need to focus on the same thing. (I have a lot of work to do when it comes to taking care of myself! I am really great at taking care of others, but not so good and making sure I get what I need) If you have the same need great! If you don't that is ok too, you can share them with the group and we can still help you to stay on track. I am going to track my progress and share it with you. I am even going to have some fun little gifts and rewards that you can be entered in to win.

2. Make a tracker- This could be sticky notes, written in your planner, a notebook, anything that can help you keep track and remember what you are supposed to be doing.
